The car originally booked was being serviced so a second car was made available in broadly the same location, but a bit further away. Second car broke down after 15 mins, a major brakes issue, and I had to stop the car. Contacted Luke who arranged breakdown cover (without me having to be there) and an alternative car which was helpful. Was initially given the wrong address for the key safe attached to a railing, so spent ages looking in the wrong place. When I finally got going in the other car it was okay but it did have a locking issue (presumably due to the key in the keysafe being partially submerged in water) and petrol flap missing. All in all I found the whole experience very stressful, perhaps just down to a spate of bad luck, but Luke did help when I was able to get through to him.
