Mohammed was a great host. Communication was good. The car was a bit dirty, didn’t have an adapter to plug in and charge your phone, and the brakes on the car didn’t sound good. That’s why I give it a 3 star review. If it weren’t for the car, I’d give a better score.

Just recap what you said, my listing doesn’t promote a usb port but only has a aux adapter port. The brakes were changed right before your trip which is why they slightly squeak, in terms of cleanliness I take pride on providing clean vehicles to all my guests, this has come quite a suprise as when I asked how was the car and how was your trip there was no indication of you finding the car dirty. Thanks again

The overall trip was fine but the host charged us for fuel even though we gave the car at the fuel level which we received the car!

Hi Smita, respectfully I made you aware of the fuel difference straight away and sent you pictures of the before and after. I even sent you a receipt of the fuel I had to put in after your trip. You cannot return the fuel on 7/8 and pretend that is full, that is very unreasonable and unfair for you to give me 3 stars for. Never the less thanks again for renting with me and please be transparent with your hosts from now

Car was as described and clean. Host was super helpful and dropped/collected the car from my location at no extra cost. Would book again!

Mohammed's car made the most sense for us because it was close to our hotel, but he's a great host as well, very punctual and polite. I have nothing bad to say about the car and it is a perfect size for getting around a busy place like London.
