This would have been a 5* - great service, super clean car, easy pick up and drop off. Unfortunately the car broke down but this was due to a manufacturing fault on a car only 6 months old. This was confirmed by RAC. The host handled it very well and we took a cab home which they paid for. They communicated very well and proactively throughout the event. These things happen but you measure people by how they react - which was top class.
