It’s was a seamless pick up and drop off near the underground station and stress free trying to find the rental place which is always far in London. I needed a basic car that I could drive locally and this was wonderful with no frills but did the job. The air conditioning was not as strong as I liked but all good otherwise.

This was my first time with TURO and had the pleasure of renting a car from an exceptional host, and overall, my experience was quite positive. However, while the car surpassed expectations in terms of cleanliness and maintenance, I must mention that it fell short in terms of fuel efficiency.

Despite this drawback, it's important to note that the host's dedication to car maintenance and cleanliness significantly outweighed the fuel efficiency issue. Their attention to detail and commitment to providing a well-maintained vehicle should not go unnoticed.

In conclusion, my experience renting a car from this host was largely positive. Their excellent communication, top-notch maintenance, and impeccably clean car created a comfortable and enjoyable driving experience. The only minor letdown was the car's fuel efficiency, which required more frequent refueling than expected. Nevertheless, I would still highly recommend renting from this host for their exceptional service and overall quality.

Everything went very well. My first experience with a Turo car. I'd definitely do it again. Despite my cell phone not getting service on arrival, I was met with the car exactly where and when we had agreed. Same with the drop-off. Very smooth and timely. Thanks to both!
