The car quality was excellent, with great amenity features included, and I feel terrible that my service dog got her fur on some of the floors of the nice car. I always used towels so she wouldn't damage the car seats and tried to prevent her fur from shedding. I have been having some health issues and asked for a time change the day before on May 28 on Whatsapp at 6 PM, but it was difficult to coordinate with my limited French speaking skills and time change because he had an appointment at 3:30 PM. Other than the dropoff, which was my fault, and poor planning on my part, communicating with the car owner and his brother was very easy, and pleasant, and they were so helpful. My sincere apologies.
