Guidelines
NO SMOKING 🚭 (of ANY kind). No pets. No drugs. Please bring back the car in the same clean condition as you received it. treat it like your own car thank you Cleaning/smoking/pet fees may be charged as per Turo policies up to 250$ if the car is returned excessively dirty or smelling like smoke. 💨 Guests are responsible for any fines, toll roads, red-light cameras, parking, etc. Please advise if this is the case to avoid extra charges($10/occurrence)when they do eventually surface in the mail:) Up to 10$ transponder lease fee will be applied on top of the bill for use of the 407 toll road If you wish to let anyone else drive the car, please add them to Turo as an additional driver. Absolutely no one else can drive except registered drivers( insurance will not cover you or the car in case of an accident, making you personally responsible) IF THERE IS ANYTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR. Prasanth’s hospitality was great and his vehicle was super amazing. It is actually one of my favorite cars in general. I honesty cannot complain whatsoever with his service. Well-cleaned inside and out upon arrival and an approachable person. I would definitely rent his service again and again without hesitation. His communication was on-point without delays. Thank you again and hopefully will be reached out again soon or not forecoming.
