I did not communicate at any time with Yifan. I finally concluded that I was communicating with Andre. This was confusing. There were small delays at pick-up and return. When the person in charge finally arrived, they were efficient. I never knew if I was texting the correct person. The vehicle was excellent. I would appreciate a host who is closer to where I live in downtown Toronto.

Hi Mary Jo, we have a large operation and have a team of 15+ people. You can tell who you are communicating with as we have unique avatars on Turo chat. If you want to book a car closer to Downtown Toronto, you need to book a car that is located in Downtown Toronto. Not book a car far away and tell us you would have appreciated if we were in Downtown Toronto. We cannot move our operations closer to your home.
