Description

The 2013 Mini Cooper Countryman uses a 1.6-liter inline four-cylinder engine that produces 121 horsepower and 114 pound-feet of torque. The engine powers the front wheels through a six-speed automatic transmission. Standard safety equipment includes antilock disc brakes, stability control, front-seat side airbags and side curtain airbags. The Countryman is a 5 passenger vehicle that offers a rear bench seat that slides and reclines and two reclining bucket seats in the front.

Thanks for choosing us! We guarantee a fast and simple pick up and drop off. Ask us about parking! If you’d like to park you car at our location please let us know upon booking or several hours prior to the start of your trip. We are currently practicing remote key handoff so all keys will be retrieved from a lockbox located nearby the vehicle. When the car is ready to be picked up we will communicate the lockbox code to you, and rest assured you can call us at anytime if you have any questions.

Guidelines

The Guide below has been put together to outline all you need to know about your trip with us. *** BEFORE THE RENTAL *** The Turo app: First and foremost, you'll need the Turo app for this rental to work. If you don't have it, please download it - otherwise you won't be able to check in or out. *** GETTING STARTED *** Per TURO's requirements you'll need to take and upload 2 pictures to warrant your insurance coverage on the vehicle. 1) A close-up of your drivers licence. 2) A photo with both your face and the driver's license (in the same picture, like a selfie) Please upload these 2 photos to "Trip Photos" within 24 hours of the start of your trip *** IMPORTANT INFO *** Key Handoff: We take the current health restrictions very seriously and practice remote key handoff practices to ensure social distancing practices. Once you're drivers license pictures are uploaded the key lockbox code will be shared with you. Gas: Requires regular grade fuel. Please return the car will the same amount of fuel as when you received the car. Any missing fuel will be charged through reimbursements at the end of your trip. Cleaning: When you rent from us, you will always receive a fully cleaned and sanitized vehicle. Upon returning the vehicle, we expect our cars to be returned clean. If you prefer not to return it clean, you can opt to add the "Post-trip cleaning" option to your trip receipt at the time of booking. If the car is returned not cleaned, we may choose to request reimbursement for cleaning costs. Please make sure all personal belongings are removed from the vehicle prior to dropping off the car. Impoundment: Should the car be impounded for any reason, you are responsible for paying the rental fee for the period of time the car is impounded as well as any release fees. 407 ETR: Any toll routes will be billed 3-4 weeks after your rental is complete. Smoking Fee: $50.00 Cleaning fee. As per all rental cars there is a NO SMOKING allowed inside the vehicle. TURO is a no smoking platform. Late Returns: Fee: $50 for each hour the car is late. Avoidance: If you see your running out of time extend the rental through the app. Parking On Pick-Up: We offer free parking! GPS: This car is tracked in real time any careless or reckless use the car will be shut down immediately through our gps system ( yes we can do that) Returning the Car: When returning the car to our location, we will communicate with you where the car should be parked. Once parked follow the check out steps on the app, lock the car and place the keys in the white "key drop box". **Thank you for choosing to rent our car, we trust you will have a great time **

Faqs

  • What happens if I use a toll highway?

    You can drive along a toll highway, however the bill comes in the mail several weeks later. Once we receive the bill we will put a request for reimbursement through.

  • Are you flexible with extra mileage?

    Turo has recently implemented a new policy allowing guests 300 km per day. There are no longer any km caps per week or month that you use the car. If you should happen to still exceed your km allowance, a request for reimbursement will be issued at the rate set out by Turo.
