Driver license + Another ID + Credit Card should match the license What is the fuel policy? Return with the same fuel level Are there extras that the renter can purchase?If so, how much? Really easy to handle car, great service from ABC, was helped by a very patient kind man who came early before his shift to help me out. Answered all my questions and made for one of the smoothest parts of the trip.

The vehicle given to me was not the same one shown in the picture. Once I received the vehicle and asked about the one i specifically reserved, the person (Girender - not sure the spelling), who said he was the owner/manager, said “it was sold last week.” When going over everything before letting my wife and I go on our own Girender stated that the gas tank was half full and that it was already paid for with the cost of the rental. My wife and I both looked at each other, since it is widely known that rentals are to always be returned with the same amount of gas, however we thought maybe renting from this company might be different. When we returned the vehicle, on an almost empty gas tank Girender said we needed to have put gas and that it would cost us CA$50, which I knew was way over what a half tank for that car costs. Girender argued with us, calling us liars, and interrupting us when we were trying to explain what my wife and I had both heard. The host of this company is terrible and I would never recommend this to anyone.

Hello sir sorry we sold that car ahead. But I still give you another car in the replacement. If I wana give you a bad service. I will cancel the trip before that. I don’t wana mess up with your trip. That’s why give you another car. And the second thing you’re talking about the gas every one knows how much gas any car rental give you. You have to return as the same. You know the price it cost you $30. But if we have to fill up after we will charge service fees as well. We will try our best best

Seamless service from start to finish. Airport pickup and dropoff went perfectly, and the host was responsive to my questions. Would absolutely rent from them again!

I went to the islands, via the ferry! The car was great! Punctual, clean, and super friendly, i’m thankful. Everything went smoothly from pick up to drop off!!! Thank you!!!
