Guidelines
You'll receive our car cleaned inside/out. When you return the car, you need to bring it back with same level tank of gas. The car is required to be returned clean, just as you received it. If you don't get a chance to have it cleaned, please let us know and we'll have it cleaned for only $25. The cleaning fee can be paid at the end of your reservation. we can charge it to your Turo account or you can buy Prepay car wash for only $20(save$5) or do it by your self Please keep your car wash and gas receipts. Our cars are cleaned before every ride. We make sure that all the seats, buttons, handles, and steering wheel are all sanitized for your safety and pleasure. Although our renters bring back our cars clean, we still vacuum under the mats and seats, sanitize wipe the clean between the cracks. Our car is in good condition and we like to keep it that way. Thank you for taking care of my car... -no pets -no food or drinks -no smoking, pets, eating, NOT allowed inside our car. A $150 cleaning fee will be applied to your Turo Reservation if there is any smoke smell, stain at seats or interior, evidence of pets or other foul smell detected upon return. Am I responsible for a flat tire?
As per Turo terms of service, the driver is responsible for costs of repair/ replacement of tires. If you need any help you can call roadside assistant at +18883910460
What if I return the car late? What if I exceed the KM limit?
If you think you will be late for returning the car pls extend your rental through the application. If your app doesn't accept your request it means there was a renter booked the vehicle right after you return the car. Then pls return the car on time, or there will be fee $50/Hr charged up to $250/day. For exceeded KM, we charge per Km as per the rate advertised
Can I cancel the booking in the middle of the trip?
please book the car for the duration needed to keep math simple. we will always a charge for the full rent duration even if the car is returned early
What I should do in case of accident incident
You must immediately contact me and Turo insurance at the time of the accident to better assess the damage. we charge a minimum $100 on top of any repair cost if we had to cover it for any damage reported at the end of the trip.
What I should do if I received a violation ticket/parking or toll fee?
you need to keep me posted for any violation. If you didn't inform us at the end of your trip, we will charge you an additional $50 on the top of any ticket’s fees, to protect yourself make sure to document any ticket fees through the chat we have on Turo Less
