The car was great but the host was awesome! They accommodated the delays that the airline caused us both on pick up and drop off. Highly recommend!!!

Host was very responsive to messages. Pick up and drop off were easy and smooth, even with a several hour delay of our arrival flight. There was a problem with the car seat but the issue was quickly resolved by the host before the car was delivered. Great customer service!
