“The car: The car looked good on the outside, but I had a serious tire issue that almost caused an accident. When I got under the car, all the tires were worn and old, and the metal wires were visible. There was no level of security and so the car was returned by towing as completely undriveable… This seriously affected my trip. This caused delays and additional stress, especially since I was already dealing with health challenges. The car was not as reliable as expected, adding unnecessary complications to my travel.” Host: The host was initially responsive, but when the tire issue arose, the situation was not handled efficiently. No credibility and no responsibility. I was already dealing with health issues, which made the situation even more difficult. The host could have done more to ensure the car was properly maintained and helped me through the difficult situation. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed.”
