First time renting on Turo. Very easy. Very fast and efficient. The car was just what I needed and the Host was very nice and was very good at communicating. No surprises.
Yue and her partner are wonderful hosts. - Both were great in communication. - Were on time during pickup and drop off. - Very nicely maintained and very clean car. - I was able to extend the trip by choosing another car that they had. All I did was go and return this car and get another car after changing the trip details on Turo for this existing trip and booking a new trip with a different car; they made it very simple. - While returning the car I forgot to fill up the fuel tank as I am new to Turo and Canada; Yue's partner was very patient and compassionate and he waited for me patiently while I filled gas and returned the car. I again apologize to them for it. I will absolutely rent again from them in the future whenever I need a car.

This was the second time we have used one of Yue Xia's vehicles and, like the first time, the trip went without a hitch. We used the car for a camping trip and, on the way back, we hit a huge rain storm...but the car handled it wonderfully. Yue Xia and her husband are very accommodating and if the opportunity presents itself to use their car(s) again, we will.
