As per Turo’s policy, any significant difference in the battery level from the time the vehicle is picked up to when it is returned may result in additional charges to cover the cost of recharging. In this case, we’ve noted a reduction exceeding 31% of the battery capacity upon return, which is beyond the threshold typically included in the rental.
