For pickups and drop-offs, we are flexible. We can arrange drop off or pick up at your convenience and to suit your schedule, please feel free to pick a different time. If you are here for business, we will be more than happy to cater to your needs. Please contact us at 403-462-4696 if you arrive late at the airport or you need the car dropped off at a specific location (hotel, office, house etc.) The vehicle will be charged between 80% and 100% when you come to pick it up. It will be possible to have the car charged at 100% if it is critical for your trip. You do not have to bring it back full, we will look after it. There is no need to clean the vehicle before returning it, however, fees could be charged if the car needs extensive cleaning. Please note: If you have concerns regarding a pet allergy, please let me know and I can arrange to have the vehicle professionally detailed. There is currently no child car seat available, but with at least one week notice we can accommodate your needs. Small animals under 20 lbs. can be allowed for a 45$/fee.
