Esther have clear instructions 1 week prior to pick up so navigation from airport to park and ride was smooth. Communication was prompt and she was a pleasure to work with.

Esther was very responsive and vehicle was in good shape. She forgot to leave the park pass in the car, but reimbursed us the $15. The airport pickup is at park & jet, so not as convenient as delivering it right to arrivals/departures.
