Awesome, timely service. Pick up was easy. The host had no problem meeting us early due to flight changes. Zhe even let us borrow a Banff park pass that saved us a lot of time and money for just $20. The car was great, clean, drove super well. Drop off was easy with zhe dropping us off at the airport. 100% recommend. I would gladly book again for my next banff trip.

Gas was 1/4, check engine light was on, car chugged when it started. Felt a little uneasy and unreliable, communication was good.
