First time using Turo so we weren't sure what to expect. Pros Host was excellent at communicating and flexibility. Made pick up/drop off hassle free which was much appreciated. Winter tires Good value for the car Good on fuel Cons Car did not quite live up to my Covid world cleaning expectations. Granted I am likely more of a clean freak than others, but there were a couple things that stood out to me. There was garbage in the cupholder as well as the side door. The interior of the car was dirty (but to be expected in March in Alberta). The exterior was also very dirty to the point where we had to clean off the windows upon picking up as it was difficult to see out of them. While I think there is room for improvement on the cleaning side of things, the friendly host made up for it.

Thanks for booking with us. We are so sorry that we could not take a 5 star review from you. However, we take reviews seriously and try to improve. I totally agree with the dirty exterior. However, due to the delay in drop off of previous customer, it was really hard for us. I agree this can not be an excuse. The front door had the map of calgary (not a garbage, however it is removed) Thanks again for your comments and we will definitely try our best to serve you better next time. :)

The car was great, but the radio, bluetooth, and USB all didn't work and I was not told about this until I received the car. So no music for the whole trip, which was disappointing.

And we could not fix for continuous booking. We are currently working on this to fix within this week (before weekend). The vehicle was smooth, reliable and great on fuel. It did exactly what we needed for exploring the mountains. Our host was very flexible with pick up and drop off times which made our trip stress free. Overall, I would recommend.
