Had the car booked for 7pm and the car wasn’t delivered until 1030pm and I was still charged for the whole day Sunday . I had a stuff around and have to end the trip early and I explained to the owner I was unable to charge it and was told it’s fine don’t worry and then they send through a $51 bill to charge the car

The vehicle was out on rent the day of receiving this booking and was due back at 5pm but we were advised they were running late returning.
7 hours before this booking was due to commence and the vehicle to be collected from our office we contacted the guest to advise of this and request if he could change his collection time to 1030pm and that we would deliver (instead coming to our office to collect) the vehicle to him at no charge, which you were happy with.
