** Availability to present key and car
I have a fleet manager to present keys in person at the provided address upon booking. This location is next to the Chicago Executive Airport and can provide you with FREE parking during the duration of your rental experience. Our hours are very flexible for booking because we can prepare cars for a SELF pick-up, as long as the time GAP between 【booking】 and 【trip start】 time ALLOWs that. In some cases if Turo prevents you from booking due to time constraints please reach out to us.
** Violations and Tolls
We provide an iPass option in Extras.. Please avoid the express lanes and use cash lanes at toll stations if you do not opt to use this feature. Unpaid tolls and tickets will be mailed to us during or after the trip. I'll send you message on Turo with an option to clear it yourself within a 3 day period. $25 convenience fee will apply if I have to pay the invoices.
Gas refuel needs to have a picture uploaded into Turo to show premium fuel was used. Missing Gas: If you do not have time to fill up the tank upon return, no problem. Select refuel option in Extras and return the car at any level.
** Late Return
If you want to extend your trip for several hours, you can just modify the time through Turo dashboard. Or message us to extend an additional day. (This is to protect you as Turo insurance is only effective during the rental periods)
Any late return without mutual consent would lead to a late return fee according to Turo regulations so please communicate.
** Accident or Unexpected Issue
For an accident, collision and other: If there's human body injuries, call 911. To solve any issue about the car, call 24/7 roadside support (415) 801-0897 immediately.
