**To drive: Once you’ve located your car, you’ll find the key in the lockbox under the passenger’s side. Now you’re ready for your trip! **Key Location** Once you’ve submitted the 10 required photos, your car will unlock within 2 minutes! It may take a minute or two to process, so please be patient during this time. After it’s been unlocked, you’ll just need to take and upload 2 more photo for documentation purposes. When these 2 additional photos are uploaded, it’ll disable a security feature and allow you to start the car! The car key should be in the glove compartment. Once you have that in hand, you’ll be good to go. Enjoy your trip and drive safely! 1 close-up of the gas gauge (with the key in ignition so that the gas level and mileage are visible) 1 of the interior of the car front and rear. **To return** At the end of your trip, please return the keys to their original location in the lockbox, under passenger seat of course. To close the lockbox you will need to key in the lockbox again to close the silver tab. Lastly, thank you for allowing us to provide a ride for your trip! We hope you’ll let us serve you again the next time you’re back.

Guidelines

Please read to eliminate fines or fees! I love giving 5 star ratings plus great reviews and following the terms of service will ensure that... 1. Return car with same level of gas as the trip started with (if returned with less there will be a $25 service charge on top of the cost of gas missing. Car requires Premium Gas! 2. No smoking/drugs/drinking in vehicle *This can equate to a $250.00 turo fine* 3. No aggressive driving with speeds above 90mph/aggressive acceleration/unnecessary hard braking. 4. Return car clean as it was when trip was initiated. Turo is a carsharing platform not a rental car enterprise so if you have any question regarding this please read the Turo Term of Services. 5. Car wheels/rims must come back undamaged - be vigilant of curbs, pot holes, etc. *Damage to rims range between $150.00 to $1000.00* 6. Review your mileage allowance. Additional miles billed at $3.00 per mile above your total allocation. 7. Car must be returned on time. Many cars are rented back to back therefore punctual returns are a necessity! Turo policy is $50.00 per hour billed in 15 minute increments after the first hour. 8. If when you pick the car up and it is dirty and messy, probably the previous renter did not keep the car clean. Is it ok if you could send me a feel photos showing the car is dirty at 628-888-2999 or umbaride@gmail.com . And if you have sometimes to go to the carwash to keep your trip smooth and better experience, Send me a copy of your receipt at UmbaRide@gmail.com with your name in the subject line, I will reimburse you for the carwash and also add extra $10 for inconvenient fee. But I need pictures to prove the previous renter did not keep the car clean. 9. We respect your privacy however, the tracking on each car is to analyze your driving vehicle, prevent unwanted case and auto theft as well as it help us to assist you better and run diagnostic from distance. Other than these if you have any question please refer to Turo Term of Service can be found here https://turo.com/policies/terms Updates: There has been a significant raise in car theft and burglary in San Francisco the past 2 years and our company has experience over 25 auto burglary cases in 2017 so please be cautious and always put the key back into lockboxes, either they are held outside the vehicle or inside. Keys must always stay inside Lockbox when trip end. There will be a fine if you don’t return the keys into the lockbox and do not leave the lockbox open, ever there will be fine and penalty for such negligence as well. All cars are equipped with Tracking Devices. You are responsible to pay a fee of $250 each device for removing it during your trip. I've noticed these items have been rare points of issue over my first 1000 trips. Please read the following as I've mentioned my preference is leaving clients with stellar reviews to help the ride sharing marketplace thrive from both the owner and renter perspective. The owner was in Vietnam and his assistant was not very good. Additionally, it was very difficult to get in touch with him. The car was dirty when received, the keys were not were they were supposed to be and the communication/assitance was terrible. I would not recommend it unless they fix the customer support.

Good communication with the owner. But overall pretty bad. Key wasn’t where the notes said it was going to be. I had to call the owner to get a code for a lockbox. And the car reeked of smoke with trash Throughout. It was disappointing considering the price tag. Was it the owners fault probably not as the driver before didn’t play by the rules, but the car wasn’t checked in between rentals so for that the negative review will stand.
