Picking up the car went well, but when we tried to return the car (Sunday), Ali was not answering our calls or texts. We finally heard back from him an hour and a half after our trip ended. Turo told me to park the car in a spot where it would not get towed (which is extremely difficult in San Francisco). I met Ali the following morning (Monday) to return the keys, and was therefore late for work. The car was extremely dirty and the tire pressure light was on the entire trip. This was one of the more expensive Turos in the area, and clearly did not meet our expectations.
