Please respect me and my car. It is my personal car. Please do not track sand or mud back into it. Turo's cleaning fees will apply accordingly. Ultimately it will be their call (not mine) based on the pictures I take and upload at the beginning and end of each trip.
I take pride in my car and it Will be washed and vacuumed before you get it. Car must be returned with a full tank of PREMIUM gas as well as vacuumed and washed, unless you prepay for cleaning or gas fillup in the Extras section. Please select them BEFORE the trip starts. You cannot add them AFTER. Turo fines for returning a car dirty without sand is $50 to $100 and WITH sand is $150 to $250 PLUS a $25 Turo administrative fee. Plan ahead. Save an hour of your time and money!
I upload plenty of photos of the interior (ceiling, under mats, under seats, trunk, etc.) and exterior of the car right before you pick it up so it WILL be documented.
