Overall great communication and loved driving the Jeep. One obstacle we ran into was that the car did not start up on our second day during our trip - possibly dead battery. We called Turo customer support about it and they wanted to charge us $60 to get the car jumped. Turo blamed us even though it was not our fault. I reached out to Janet instead and she was nice and offered to come and help jump the car. Fortunately, we opted for our own insurance and had someone jump it for us for free. It was still a very nice gesture from Janet. As long as the battery situation was resolved, this Jeep is great for travel!
