Guidelines

1.) 🚭⚠️My car is smoke free. Absolutely NO SMOKING. There will be additional cleaning fees for smoking since it's not allowed. 2.) If you return the car in a condition that needs more work than regular wash & vac please expect a fee depending on the severity outlined within Turo's cleaning policy. 3.) The toll charges and any other incurred expenses as it relates to your trip will be calculated and requested via Turo reimbursement requests. 4) ⛽Fill up the gas tank, price of the gas to fill up the tank plus a convenience fee will apply if not full.

Faqs

  • Need to return the car late/early?
    For early return you can contact me and we can arrange a meeting based on availability. If you need to return the car late please request a change via the Turo app. The car is only covered by insurance during the trip hours so I am required to ask you to return the vehicle before the trip ends. If you are late Turo will charge you a late fee that is out of my control.
  • Do I need to return the car washed and vacuumed?
    Turo policy does require guests to bring back the car in the same condition it was received. As long as you keep the car clean, you will probably not need to wash and vacuum the car but it is highly recommended to do so prior to returning to avoid cleaning fees. Thank you for your understanding. We know traditional rental places don't require you to wash the car but there's a reason why we offer better cars at cheaper rates.
  • Can an additional driver be placed on my rental/trip?
    Yes, but the additional driver has to have an active Turo account and he/she must be added to the reservation prior to picking up the vehicle. All parties that intend to operate/drive the vehicle must be present at the time of pickup. An individual(s) that is not listed on the reservation is considered an UNAUTHORIZED DRIVER(S).
  • I damaged the car, what should I do?
    If you damaged the car in any way, please notify me immediately via the Turo app. If you notify me of the damage I will work with you to make sure you pay the least amount possible. Please do not try to fix any issue yourself without prior authorization.
  • Can I extend my rental if I need to keep the vehicle longer than initial reservation details?
    Yes, however the extension must be perform/requested before the trip ends. Once the time expires, an extension request cannot be fulfilled and must returned back immediately.
