Please return the car with the same gas level received.
Please return the car in reasonably clean condition. (Using a Car Wash if it is necessary). OR If the car is not in a reasonably clean condition a reimbursement of $19 for Cleaning Fee will be requested.
For all-electronic tollways, the guest will be charged after the trip once we calculate the fee from the transponder. We will inform Turo as reimbursement so the proper fee can be added to the trip. Any tickets during your trip will be requested too in a 90 days timeframe.
Turo App Required. For all of our bookings, I do require that you have access to the Turo app on a smartphone during your rental. This will be needed for communication as well as Trip Photos.
