This is especially for you first time Turo users. TAKE PICTURES BEFORE AND AFTER YOU USE THE CAR. It is very important to protect yourself. Many of your protection policies are Void if you did not take pictures before and after. The app has made it incredibly easy to make sure you are covered.
Car is given to renter in fairly clean condition (recently vacuumed, clear of trash, antibacterial wiped dash and interior windows, rinsed exterior.) Car is expected to be returned in similar condition. If you cannot fulfill this obligation a $50 cleaning fee is requested. If you would like car "Detail" level clean (spotless vacuum, dash, windows, and exterior), please let me know, there will be no charge as long as car is returned in same detailed condition. If you book instantly within 48 hours, you will be given the car as I have it. It won't be a mess but it might not be vacuumed or washed. Again as clean as you get it is as clean as it should be returned. That said, I am not overly strict on this and as long as you don't trash the car, leave mud caked on/in there, or ask for it detailed it shouldn't be an issue. No smoking.
Just a reminder that the car is low-clearance all wheel drive. Not 4 wheel drive high-clearance. If you go in the deep mud, you will stay there. Neither Turo nor myself are responsible for damages and cost incurred if you get the car stuck. Be sure to check your protection policies. The beach is an easy place to get low-clearanc
