Guidelines

Dogs are welcome, but please return the car clean. Any damage will be assessed an extra cleaning fee. -Absolutely no smoking/vaping of any kind. Turo charges up to $250 for smoking. -No fragrances or air fresheners of any sorts inside the car. -Any food particles must be cleaned up before returning the vehicle. No smudges or residues please. Drink spillage will incur an extra deep cleaning fee. -Please keep the receipts when filling up and ONLY use PREMIUM 91 gasoline! You are responsible for any damages to the engine otherwise. -You are responsible for any traffic, parking tickets, or toll charges during the rental period and all other liabilities. If you are renting out of LAX we will use the Turo Valet service.     You are responsible for any traffic, parking tickets, or toll charges during the rental period and all other liabilities
  • Can I bring my dog?
    Dogs are welcome, but please return the car clean including fur and odors. Any damage will be assessed an extra cleaning fee or replacement cost of damaged items.
  • Will you do airport pickup?
    Yes, if you are booking at Ontario Airport (ONT) or John Wayne Airport (SNA) we can arrange for airport pickup if you select that option during reservation. If you are renting out of Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) we will use the Turo Valet service. The car will be left for pickup at this lot during your reserved time for pickup near the airport.   • Can I return the car dirty?
    Yes, but YOU WILL BE CHARGED a cleaning fee according to Turo's terms listed below: We expect guests to take care of the car as if it were their own. A car should be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Whether you’ve had the car for a single day or for a month-long road trip, remember to shake out or vacuum up any dirt, sand, or crumbs, wipe up any sticky spots, and check the exterior for any significant dirt or mud that may need to be wiped down or washed off. If you return the car significantly dirtier and the host informs us, you may incur a cleaning fee from $35 to $250*, depending on the severity, and an administrative fee of up to $25. We suggest taking interior and exterior photos of the car before and after the trip and uploading those to the Trip Photos section of the app. Hosts have up to 72 hours after a trip’s end to request reimbursement for cleaning.
