**PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING ** Hello and Welcome! This is our 2012 Toyota RAV4. Drives really smooth, well maintained, Spacious and fuel-efficient for a crossover. Travel in style and comfort in this wonderful RAV4. AWD for your ski/snowboard trips. Perfect for weekend getaways, camping, skiing or sightseeing. This RAV4 drives like a dream, and is great in the snow! **CAMPSITE RULES** Vehicle must be returned in the same or better condition in which it was given. Think about how you would like to receive the vehicle (you will receive it just like the pictures in the listing show, that means a clean exterior, no muddy floor mats, and no (((obvious))) crumbs and dirt on the interior.) If you don't feel that you will have time to vacuum and wash the vehicle and return it in the same condition for the next renter especially in the winter when there is snow and mud that will get on the floor mats which will not be there when you receive it then we highly recommend adding post trip cleaning to your trip in the extras. This will save you time on your way to the airport at the end of your trip and is less expensive than basic cleaning reimbursements sent through Turo if returned "dirtier then when received". (Does not cover upholstery cleaning, spills, stains, pet hair, or smoke removal, etc..) it does cover a basic outside wash along with vacuuming the floors/seats and cleaning the windows. Do not park anywhere where the vehicle will be ticketed. 2. Do not park where there will be street cleaning during street cleaning times. 3. Do not park at 2 hour parking for longer than 2 hours. 4. Do not park in permit areas because we do not have a permit. 5. When parking on a hill, turn your wheels so that you do not get a ticket (if you are confused, please see cars near you for correct orientation). 6. Do not park in front of someone's driveway. 7. Do not park in front of a fire hydrant. 8. Do not park anywhere where the sidewalk is marked red 9. Do not park at an expired meter when it is flashing red

  • How do remote drop offs work?
    When a remote pick/drop off is done, I will need you to upload a photo of your license, and photo of you holding your license next to your face. (selfie) **only within 24 hours before your trip starts** The location and address will be shared with you once the trip is booked. Along with further instruction to better assist you. I will send you the lock box number when you are within an hour before your trip as long as I have received the proper Photos of your license. If you have another registered driver do the same for them. Go to the trip you booked and look for trip photos. It will say "view and add more" add these two photos mentioned above. For insurance purposes I need to verify that you have a valid license and that your selfie matches the license. Sending the pictures is for insurance coverage. Take pictures with your phone camera app and use the Turo app to upload your pictures. Your insurance is only in force if the registered driver is behind the wheel.
  • Are my passengers allowed to drive? How do I add a driver?
    If you have booked a trip in a vehicle covered by a Turo protection plan, then your passengers can drive as long as they’re an approved Turo driver. If you’re in a Turo covered trip and your passengers are approved Turo drivers, great! They can assist you with the drive. If not, they’ll have to stay your co-pilot. You must be the driver when picking up and dropping off the car, and it's your responsibility to confirm whether your passenger has been approved before letting them drive the car. To get another licensed driver officially approved to drive: Once you’ve booked a trip on Turo, navigate to the trip page in the Turo app or by logging into www.turo.com. The booked trip should be in your “Trips” tab of your Dashboard. Near the bottom of this page, you’ll see a “Drivers” Section; this section should indicate you as the primary driver. Here you can simply add the email address of your secondary driver. If your secondary driver is already an approved Turo member, they will automatically be approved. If they have not yet created a Turo account, they will receive an email with instructions on how to get approved to drive. Your secondary driver must follow the instructions in the email we send to them about getting approved. You’ll receive a notification once your secondary driver is either approved or denied. Your trip details will also indicate your secondary driver’s confirmation status, with the status of “Approval pending,” “Approved,” or “Not approved,” indicating they’re going through the process, have been approved, or have been denied membership, respectively. They will receive email confirmation of their approval status as well. If they are approved, the host will automatically be notified that there will be a secondary driver. Please note that the primary driver (that’s you!) must be present at the start and end of the trip, and remains solely financially responsible for the trip should anything happen. You are not permitted to let anyone drive the vehicle during your trip other than someone added as an additional driver with the status “Approved.”

Great car for a mountain trip. Tyler communicated with me often during pick up and drop off - that helped the experience run smoothly. Very clean car, ran well climbing to the mountain hikes. Gas mileage was very good. Plenty of room for 4 adults and all of our hiking gear. Will definitely rent from Tyler next time Im in town!
