Faqs

  • How does the FlexFuel feature work?
A flexible-fuel vehicle (FFV) or dual-fuel vehicle (colloquially called a flex-fuel vehicle) is an alternative fuel vehicle with an internal combustion engine designed to run on more than one fuel, usually gasoline blended with either ethanol or methanol fuel, and both fuels are stored in the same common tank. Ethanol has emerged as a renewable source of high-octane, clean-burning fuel and is derived primarily from corn products, allowing this vehicle to burn cleaner. *The vehicle cannot use Ethanol by itself, it MUST be combined with normal gasoline*
  • Can you help provide any tips or suggestions on places to visit?
Absolutely! I've lived in Colorado for 5 years and am well-traveled around the state. In particular, if you are looking for recommendations on outdoor activities, I've got a lot to share and am happy to lend you trail books and maps that might help.
  • Does the navigation system in your car work?
I have disabled the navigation system as I found that Google Maps and Apple Maps are more-efficient
  • Do I need to activate your car's Sirius XM radio?
Not at all, Sirius XM will be activated and ready for you to listen to during your trip. Whether you're looking for rock, hip hop, electronic, country, gospel or comedy, I've got you covered.
  • Do you have any gear we can use during our trip?
Depends on what you need, contact me and I'll figure out a way to help. I typically leave a large, collapsible wagon in the back of my car to help with transporting items

Cameron L C.-Jun 20, 2019

Chris was a great host! The car was in great condition, he was clear and responsive about directions and even provide a great list of things to do in the area! Would totally rent from him again when in the area. Thanks Chris for a great rental experience!

Amanda M.-Jun 6, 2019

Chris was very communicative and made the whole process a breeze. Vehicle was perfect for us to take out hiking. A solid, reasonably priced choice that served us well!

Shannon P.-May 20, 2019

It was my first time using Turo and it was so easy! Not having to deal with a car rental facility was nice. We rented the car to do a day trip outside the city. Car was in great shape! Will use Turo again.

Lindsey E.-May 15, 2019

Chris was very relaxed and friendly. The car was a perfect ride for our particular trip Thanks again!
