1) If you are late for pickup more than 30 mins and have not notify that you will be late at least 2 hours before, trip will be canceled without any refunds.
If you are late for return more than 30 mins and have not notify that you will be late at least 1 hour before,
trip will be asses a late fee in compliance with Turo Policy.
**Exception to this rule for Airport Deliveries. As long as flight information is provided, I can track your flight status and delivery changes.**

**WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING**
I will contact you shortly after booking via text on the Mobile Number provided on Turo to confirm the rental period and coordinate Delivery or Pick-up of your vehicle.
**Additional Mileage Fee**
Additional Mileage will be billed Per Turo Policy + $10 admin fee charged by TURO.
**Late Return Fee**
See the Late Return Policy + $25 admin fee charged by TURO. Be respectful of our time and our other customers.
Please refuel the car to the same level as it was on delivery. Some of my vehicles require Premium fuel. These are outlined in the listing and require photo proof of receipt. If car is returned without being refueled, I will refuel the car upon return and will require reimbursement via the Turo Reimbursement Request tool. I will provide you with a receipt for the gas should you request. Please note: Turo will also add an administration fee of ($25).
Paying for tolls is the responsibility of the renter. All tolls accumulated will be charged to you at the end if the month.
Any tickets acquired during use are the responsibility of the renter. Cost of ticket (including governmental charges) will be billed with $25 admin fee charged by TURO.
TURO prohibits smoking in rented vehicles. Be courteous and don’t smoke. The person who rents the car after you might be allergic to smoke or simply doesn’t like it. If our car is returned with the smell of tobacco or marijuana, up to $250 sanitization fee will be billed.
We thank you for renting a car with us, please be aware that cars rented through TURO must be returned in the exact same condition in which they were provided to you. This means that the gas must be refilled; the car must be washed on the outside and cleaned on the inside. For your convenience, I provide FREE car wash services at any one of 3 H20 Car Wash locations in Austin. Wash pass is located in the center console with Turo Insurance information. We take pride in providing clean cars and we require that you return the car in the same condition. You will be billed the cost for cleaning plus Turo administration fee of ($25) if the car is not clean when returned.
