Great car only 62K miles sport package. 2010 BMW X5 xDrive35i in great condition, heated seats with air adjusted lumbar support, all the bells and whistles! Replace gas with 91+ grade. Open to negotiation for longer trips, look forward to doing business with you! Thank you for renting with us; please be aware of the following TURO policies before renting the car: **REFUELING** Please refuel the car to the same level as it was on delivery. If car is returned without being refueled; I will refuel the car upon return and will require reimbursement via the Turo Reimbursement Request tool. An additional $20 will be added to the cost of the fuel. I will provide you with a receipt for the gas should you request. Please note: Turo will also add an administration fee of ($25) **CAR WASH** We thank you for renting a car with us, please be aware that cars rented through TURO must be returned in the exact same condition in which they were provided to you. This means that the gas must be refilled; the car must be washed on the outside and cleaned on the inside. We take pride in providing clean cars and we require that you return the car in the same condition. pay $20 fee upon return. If the car is not washed and fee is not paid upon return, you will be billed by TURO for the actual amount of the car wash ($25) plus their administration fee of ($25). Our cars must be washed after each rental, even if it is rented for one day. **NO SMOKING** TURO prohibits smoking in rented vehicles. Be courteous and don’t smoke, the person who rents the car after you might be allergic to smoke or simply don`t like it. If our car is returned with the smell of tobacco or marijuana, a $250 sanitization fee will be billed. **TOLLS** Paying for tolls is the responsibility of the renter. For your convenience we offer I-pass for rent at $5/day plus tolls. It gives you unlimited usage of tolls where I-pass is accepted, and assurance that you won`t get a surprise bill later. Keep in mind I-pass fines are $20 for EACH unpaid toll + cost of the toll + $10 admin fee charged by TURO. If you are going out of the city, we highly recommend that you rent an I-pass and avoid costly bills later. Just let us know that you need at time of your pickup or in advance. **DELIVERY** --------------ORD ---Shuttle available to the parking garage. You will be responsible to pay $7 to exit the garage. Car use a lotbox on the Windows. -------------others Delivery and pick up are available to your location for a nominal fee that includes both pick up and drop off to your location with in 5 miles. Or a $60 for 30 miles away Seriously, just enjoy your adventure the way it's supposed to be enjoyed! **PICK UP** If you've opted not to have your vehicle delivered, you can always pick up the vehicle at it's location for no charge. **WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING** I will contact you shortly after booking via text on the Mobile Number provided on Turo to confirm the rental period and coordinate Delivery or Pick-up of your vehicle. I really hope you will read this before you use this app. Avoid Turo and go to rent a car company. After I returned the car to the owner and after the inspection we both did I got message from him THE NEXT DAY saying there is a damage ( some sticky material ) on the driver side . I told him I washed the car couple miles away of his house before I returned the car and everything was fine at that moment and the moment I returned the car. From the picture I got from him I couldn’t say what it is, what kind of material it is and he couldn’t confirm that as well. We spoke and I told him to let me know after he goes to car wash. He was also complaining about the smoking in the car even neither me or my friend driving with me don’t smoke!!! After everything he send me new charges - extra miles, gas and he said my tolls are 8.50$ and he will add 120$ for cleaning on tolls. He said he went somewhere and that’s how much the cleaning is. I paid for miles, gas and tolls but I refused to pay for cleaning WITH NO RECEIPT off course. I spoke to Turo and I explained the situation. I really don’t understand how to pay for something he is asking me when first, at the moment I returned the car we found no damages and second of all, THERE IS NO RECEIPT FOR THE COST!! So I’m not even sure if he went somewhere to fix the damage or if he fixed the damage by him self or if there was no damage... Then he put the claim and now it’s not 120$, now is 500$ deductible and now he’s saying another story to Turo about fixing the car at the body shop. Renting a car I paid for insurance as well. I lost my time trying to speak with Turo. Trust me, it’s not worth your time. Just go to rent a car agency and this is never going to happen. Or if you really want to use this app inspect the car really good before and after, take as many pictures as you can, make sure everything is fine several times and good luck. I’m done with them.
