------ ABOUT THE Outback ------ Welcome to Denver! Drive like the locals in my Limited edition Outback fully optioned and full time all wheel drive make for comfortable and safe trip in Colorado. On hand 24hrs a day 7 days a week. Late flight no problem book whatever time you need. ------ PICK UP & RETURN @ DEN FINE AIRPORT PARKING ------ The car will be made available at the brand new, state-of-the-art facility, FINE Airport Parking, just 7-8 minutes from the airport with shuttles running constantly. To catch the shuttle from the airport, go to LEVEL 5 (the same level as baggage claim) and proceed out to ISLAND 5. Look for a yellow and black FINE Airport Parking Shuttle near the Off Airport Parking area. If you don't see one, hang out for a few minutes and a shuttle will pull up shortly. The shuttles do run 24/7. When you get on the shuttle, let the driver know you're picking up a Turo car and they'll take you right to it. To return the car just bring it back to the FINE Airport Parking facility and the attendant up front will point you in the right direction to park. As soon as you're ready to go, a shuttle will take you from your car right up to the airport terminal with little to no wait. ------ PETS ------ Pets ARE NOT allowed in this vehicle at any time - to both protect the vehicle and help future renters with specific allergies. Any pet hair and pet dander found in vehicles may incur additional fees. ------ SATISFACTION GUARANTEED ------ We do everything we possibly can to make EVERY renter happy with their experience. Great car to fit in as a true Coloradan in a Subaru!! This car really takes care of you. Mike was super responsive and attentive. This was by far my favorite experience with Turo. I use turo often and this pick up and drop off was hands down the most convenient and quick

Mike was in great communication which made it easy for a first time user of Turo. No deposits or cleaning fees to worry about on my vacation.

Car was very dirty when we got it. Lots of crumbs and grime on dashboard and middle console/cup holders. A lot of dirt on the floor boards. The outside definitely was dirty. Still rating 4 stars because great price.

Pickup from FINE off-airport parking at DEN through TURO was extremely easy. It did take extra time to shuttle there and back, but it was worth the free price and avoidance of airport traffic through back roads. The FINE parking staff were awesome, and TURO check-in was easy, if a bit rushed. Make sure the name in your email signup matches that on your driver's license or you will have trouble checking in. The vehicle, a Subaru Outback, was clean and easy to drive (push to start), though came with driving safety features turned on that beeped A LOT at basic maneuvers like changing lanes and vehicles ahead of or behind you. We couldn't find a way to easily turn it off, but didn't bother to ask for help either. Overall it was a great experience and we will book using TURO again.

We had a major issue on this trip, as we noticed a small nail in one tire halfway through. Upon trying to get that small issue repaired, we were informed that it could not be repaired due to it being too close to the wall, and that all 4 tires were bald and unsafe to continue driving on at all. When we first informed Mike about the nail, he suggested we just finish our trip and he’d check it out upon our return. This suggestion proved indicative of his overall attitude toward our safety and experience once we realized he had rented us a vehicle with tires so worn they were unsafe to be traveling on. We then experienced a horrible 5 hours communicating with Turo customer service and trying to solve the issue in a timely manner so as to continue our travel as planned. Due to slow communication from Mike and going back and forth between wanting the car towed and then repaired, in addition to the 5 hours on the phone (and with the tow driver who showed up and we had to have unhook the vehicle he had started to hook up to tow), we lost a day of our trip to getting the tires replaced. Additionally, Mike informed us after we reported the nail to him that a previous renter had already reported that issue to his valet service, and yet they had sent us out on a trip with a 1200 mile allowance in that vehicle without repairing the issue. He never acknowledged the bald and cracking tires, except for by paying for them to be replaced when Turo required it. Throughout, Mike’s communications never expressed any real understanding of the danger he had put our family in, or remorse for the negligence on his part that caused it. Pickup and return were easy, the Fine parking garage is very convenient and the staff there were very pleasant to work with. Based on this experience, I will not be renting from Turo again. The experience is fine if everything goes smoothly (at least in the few experiences I’ve had), but if you have an issue, Turo customer support is some of the worst I’ve encountered, and they are very much more interested in ensuring the satisfaction of the car owner or host than the customer renting the car. They made no indication that there would be any repercussions for this ‘host’ that put us on the road in an unsafe vehicle with known damage.
