2007 Toyota Sienna
8 passenger model! (Fits 1 driver + 7 passengers)
The vehicle is usually available unless it's already rented. Unfortunately, I only have limited availability for key exchange due to my daytime work schedule & other commitments. Midweek days are usually best for me. Other days, I'm generally limited to early morning or late evenings. Best pickup/return times by day are below:
MONDAYS: Usually anytime
TUESDAYS: Anytime before 1:00pm, or after 10:00pm
WEDNESDAYS: Anytime before 2:00pm, or after 10:00pm
THURSDAYS: Anytime after 9:30pm
FRIDAYS: Anytime after 9:30pm
SATURDAYS: Anytime after 9:00pm
SUNDAYS: Anytime after 9:00pm
These daily timeframes have airport or other delivery factored in. I can probably be more flexible if you're planning on picking up & returning at my house in Sherwood instead.
If the timeframes are confusing, feel free to put in a request. I'll definitely work with you if I can; and will let you know either way whether or not I can accommodate the reservation.
Safety wise, this minivan has antilock brakes, front airbags, side curtain airbags.
Convenience wise, it has front/rear heat & air conditioning, and sliding doors on both sides. The right sliding door is power operated, the left one is manual but still very easy to use.
All of the rear seats fold up, the very back ones can even be stowed away in the floor. So if you have a lot of cargo, and fewer people, there are some versatile options there too.
It's a good solid vehicle for family trips, or other group adventures too.
I respond to all messages & reservation requests within 24 hours, very worse scenario. I usually am able to reply much quicker.
Need a spot to park your vehicle while borrowing mine? It shouldn't be a problem, but I'd appreciate if you could let me know ahead of time too.
***AIRPORT RENTALS***: I'm willing to pick up/drop off at Portland or Salem airports if it works with my schedule. Please check with me first. Airport regulations don't allow key exchange to be done curbside. I can still pick you up & drop you off curbside. You will get more basic details when the reservation is booked. And then I'll work with you further so you know exactly what to expect before the reservation starts.
***PLEASE NOTE: I'm no longer providing child seats. I've done this on occasion in the past, but am discontinuing as my existing supply is worn out and won't be replaced. (Not a fault of any renters either).
Turo recently gave owners the option of charging a fee for airport delivery.
I've previously done this for free, but have decided to begin charging extra for the following reasons:
1-Time & distance. The airport is 25 miles away from my house, one way. That's at least a 45 minute drive, one way, and longer if traffic is bad. Driving time can double, or nearly triple during commute traffic, or holidays.
2-Mass transit. That's usually how I get home once I've given you the car, or back to the airport if you're returning it there. It usually takes me about 2 hours, one way.
As you can see, airport pickup & drop off accumulates to about 90 minutes of driving & 4 hours on mass transit for me. So the fee is for the time, plus I like to top off the tank near the airport before I turn the car over to you.
PLEASE NOTE: Mileage limit is 200mi/day, 1000mi/week & 3375mi/month. Turo will charge $0.34/mile for any overage, plus a $10 administrative fee.
