Been involved with 4 or 5 Denver airport turo rentals, this was the least convenient by a good bit.
Car was in an actual airport lot (most I’ve used have been in the FINE parking lot). The previous renters didn’t leave the parking ticket resulting in a long search through the cameras for an entrance record. After several calls and texts back and forth the parking attendant asked if we had any date of the car drop off and the owner produced a parking ticket picture, and thankfully they just billed us off this ticket. Still 2 weeks later waiting on reimbursement of the $40 charge.
Car has a clean it yourself rule, so it isn’t as simple as dropping it off, we had to go to a car wash and vacuum it out ourselves. The car reflected that when we picked it up, as it was clean enough, but not exactly the cleanliness level you expect in a rental.
Car worked well and AWD was very helpful during the major snow storm while there.
Overall, would do it again for a longer rental, but I’d probably warn those with me that we were doing it to save money, not for the valet/premium feel the Turo rentals I’ve picked up from FINE have.
