Car is in Great Condition. All power option, Radio, Seats 7 people plus luggage. Second and Third row seats fold flat if needed.
Universal phone holder along with Lightning and Micro USB cables are provided at no charge to use during your trip.
By the Driver door we are including a complimentary bottled water and umbrella for you to use during the trip.
For your safety the car is equipped with a Remote Kill switch, GPS and Dash Cam.
IMPORTANT: We will try to meet you personally at every check-in. However, we do have ability for you to check in/out without one of our members being present. If we are not able to meet you during your check-in, PLEASE take a clear picture of your driver license, and picture of yourself holding your driver license so we can verify your identity remotely, and we will immediately unlock the car so you may proceed with your reservation.
We know that you are excited to be in the big city, but please only park in legal parking spaces, and when dropping off the car, please leave it parked within 1 block of where you picked it up
Allowed legal parking is allowed in windtrust zone that runs west of State street and south of W. Cermak Rd. Please do not leave at any meter upon drop-off. Car will get towed and you will be responsible for all charges. If you have any questions please contact us through Turo app.

At the end of your trip please ensure that the car is returned the same way as it was, when you pick it up. Please do not unplug anything or replace any cables without written confirmation from us.
Pets are welcome, but car must be returned in the same condition as during the pickup. $25 cleaning fee will apply for any dirt or mess left after the car is turned in. We welcome pets, but owner must clean up all the hair and or dirt created by the pet. Additional $50 after-pet cleaning fee will be applied if there is any dirt/mess/smell left after your pets. Any Damage will be charged actual repair cost, plus $75 penalty fee.
1. Please be careful while driving. Illinois uses Red Light Cameras and Speed Cameras everywhere. Also Parking tickets are very common. If you incur a ticket there will be a $25 administrative charge in addition to the ticket.
2. For your convenience we included I-Pass in the car. If we have to bill you for I-Pass there will be $10 Administrative charge in addition to the actual tolls incurred.
3. We love to keep our cars clean and perfect for each customer to use. If you stained seats, or spilled coffee, for example, please take it to the car wash and have it cleaned out. We can do that for you, but there would be additional charges of $50 plus actual cleaning cost since we have to take the car off the market and have it professionally cleaned.
4. Please return the car back to its spot with the same amount of gas as it had when you picked it up. Turo app is great for this and if you take pictures before and after, it would eliminate any hiccup we could have.
