The car was perfect for a long weekend in west palm beach. Pickup/drop-off was very easy, and communication was great throughout the process!

Carly is a fantastic accommodating host. He quickly communicates. His car is spotless. A great alternative to renting a car at the typical rental spots. My visit to West Palm Beach was seamless thanks to the ease of renting with Carly. I highly recommend him!

Great Car rental , seem less and no issues.

First of all, this was my first time renting a car on Turo. I was somewhat apprehensive given many of the negative reviews online. However, renting from Ruslan was an absolutely awesome experience. Even though his car was located in Miami, he met me and my family at the West Palm Beach Airport (90 mins away) within 5 mins of us walking outside the terminal. Then, at the end of my rental, he was happy to meet me at my friend’s place, where I was staying, to pick up the car. The flexibility and convenience was first class and I would highly recommend Ruslan to anyone renting on Turo.

The car is lovely. Arius is very accommodating. I liked pickup/delivery at the airport terminal. It was very convenient. The price compared with other rental cars is very attractive as well.

John is without a doubt one of the best Turo hosts I have interacted with. The car is extremely well kept, and John is quick to reply to any questions and was very patient in adjusting pick up and return. The experience I had with John is the exact reason I prefer Turo over traditional car rental companies. I look forward to renting from John again in the future.

Rented this beautiful, “stealth” performance Model 3 and absolutely in love. Definitely the most amazing vehicle I have rented, and was super easy and convenient to rent from Michael! Very friendly, was able to accomodate me being a little late because of something that came up unexpectedly at work. If you are thinking about renting a Tesla in turo, I would strongly recommend you rent this one. Not only are the renters, Michael and Shawn, very friendly, laid back and easy to work with, but this is by far the best model 3 i have rented through Turo, and I have rented a few other model 3’s during 2019. Overall, big thanks to these guys and I strongly recommend you rent this car from them! By far the best way to rent a car. Car arrived immaculate. Luis’ Fusion drives and looks like a new vehicle. Good luck finding a better value anywhere! I plan on renting from Luis anytime I’m in South Fla.

This was my first time renting from Michael, and my first time driving a tesla. Both pieces were remarkable. The car was sparkling (practically brand new) and exactly as described. If you've never driven a tesla, this one will surely get you hooked. It quick, it handles well, it's incredibly quiet, and did I mention it's quick?,!? The acceleration was like nothing I've ever experienced before. Rent it for yourself, you won't be disappointed, I guarantee that.

This is such a better concept then a Rent-A-Car first this guy Brian had this car right in front of the airport he got out I got in I drove it for 10 days dropped it off at the same place brian picked it up I- I didn’t have to go on a bus to a Rent-A-Car location outside of the airport and it was half the price - There’s nothing wrong with that it was a nicer car than I would’ve gotten win-win

Renting a car through Damian was just an overall fantastic experience. The pickup and drop off curbside at the air terminal was the greatest. Damian was very communicative and professional throughout our entire Turo experience. We would definitely rent a car from him again and highly recommend you use his services.

We had a week vacation planned in Vero Beach. Picked up Dave's car (Actually his wife's car) 5 minutes from the airport. Car was immaculately clean and a great ride for the week. Many days we had the top down. Excellent gas mileage as well. Return was simple and convenient as Dave came down to meet us at the return. We would rent this car from Dave again.

This was my first Turo "trip." Rarely do I write comments on sites beyond giving stars. In this case, comments may not be enough. I have never experienced a more pleasant and personable transaction than with booking with Brett and driving his beautiful MB while visiting south Florida. Brett went far out of his way to accommodate our 3 hour delayed arrival. Met us within a few minutes of stepping out of the airport. His car was perfectly clean and mechanically sound. Was smooth to operate in town as well as on the highway between coasts. Fit in nicely with other vehicles in Palm Beach as well as Naples. Sadly, we had to put the top up for a few rainy days. Brett takes very good care of this car and we extended the return courtesy. When I return, Brett and this car will be my first choice for transportation. This was my first Turo "trip." Concluding my trip, Brett was early to the exchange and again, I do not know how a transaction could be more smooth, quick, enjoyable and professional as this. I doubt I will ever replicate the total package experience as I did with Brett. Lastly, a word about value. I found the quality of vehicle Brett provided at the rate Brett charged was exceptional. (about the same as a mid-grade rental of a boring new plastic sedan from the major rental firms) With current and past BMW knowledge, I may switch to a MB in the future after enjoying this vacation ride. Thank you Brett, I would refer you to anyone with confidence. 5 stars on each category.
