I was very pleased with the service from Tony I received a very clean car and didn’t have to wait to get the car as tony made sure it was ready in a timely manner. Very courteous and friendly service. They answered all of my concerns and questions. At last, I needed to return the car earlier and they didn’t have a problem to accept it one day earlier than was expected without questions or problems. I definitely recommend if tony and will use them again.

I was called by Tony 2-3 days before my booking stating that all 4 rims/tires of the vehicle had been damaged and that the car would be unavailable. All I could think of was this is terrible timing seeing how it was just 2 days before my trip. So Tony asks if I see any other cars on his profile that I would like to replace the s550 with, so I look and I text him no and that was that. So Tony responds with “Hello. Ok i got you. I will meet you with S class. Thanks” In my head I’m thinking perfect the car must be getting repaired before I get it. So I continue with my original booking and receive the car. When I got the car I was expecting new rims/tires because Tony just claimed the car was unavailable 2 days before I got it due to damage, but there weren’t any new tires or anything. From jump I wasn’t too impressed with the car because it wasn’t 100% clean on the outside like I expected a 2016 s550 that’s being listed on Turo. There were many scratches around the car and the passenger taillight is busted with tape on it. The car key fob battery needed replaced. Each wheel had numerous marks due to damage from hitting curbs from pervious drivers. When I went to return the vehicle I wasn’t met by Tony it was one of his reps. Everything seemed good upon returning the car, then I was told I would be charged $30 because I didn’t wash the outside of the car. I was told by Tony’s rep not washing the car was the only thing not done right on my end . Mind you the outside wasn’t detailed when I received it and inside half way. Tony was never on the site when I returned the car, Tony’s rep stated everything was good expect no car wash. Now all of a sudden I get a smoking fee added to my trip. There was no smoking in this vehicle during my booking. So the experience gets even worse. Hours later I receive an email stating that Tony is now filing a claim on two back tires/rims. Mind you Tony just called me 2-3 days before my trip saying the car wouldn’t be ready but a day later it was. Now I’m dealing with a claim that should not have been filed against me because I didn’t cause the damage. Something was clearly wrong with Tony’s vehicle prior to me renting it and he still insisted on renting it to me knowing that. Now Tony is trying to blame his tire/wheel damage on me when there was clearly something going on before my booking.
