ATTENTION: between 7/15 and 7/26 I will be on vacation. Marc and Kevin will be authorized to handle the car rentals during my absence and they will be answering calls on my behalf.
Note: the car has been in a rear end collision and I haven’t gotten the chance to get the body work done. The safety sensors that detect cars and automatically stops have been damaged so it will be like driving an older Toyota (analog). The important thing is that the damage is only cosmetic. The good news is that until it is fixed you get the new car experience (and smell) for the same price as an older Toyota!
Brand new car! Has tire protection package, so you don’t have to worry about being liable for damage to tire or rim!

I also make it a point to keep my phone on me at all times so if you have a question and cannot afford to wait hours for a reply from Turo's E-mail support, I often know the answer.
