Words can not express how amazing the whole rental process with Charles was. I don't normally enjoy the process of renting a car, but he made it effortless and enjoyable. Charles was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He spent a great deal of time and energy explaining everything. His Tesla was simply amazing! Quick response time, for the most part easy and convenient drop off and pick up. I wish it had been in a more public location only because I picked up the car so late at night and I was alone but that was my choice of time and location. Mike was very easy to communicate with and the entire trip was easy and issue free. Car was extremely clean, great quality and great gas mileage. Will definitely rent again from Mike next time I’m in town and need a car.

I am considering ordering a Tesla Model 3 and used Erik's car for a few days to really immerse myself in the experience. Test drives at 'dealerships' are oftentimes too short and stressful, and I wanted to give myself enough time to learn about the car, especially since it's so different from anything else I've ever driven. Erik met me right on time and we reviewed the basics. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car, which was really helpful. He also made himself available to answer any questions that popped up during my time with the car, which I really appreciated. When it was time to return the car we met and chatted about how much of a game-changer the car will be. I 100% recommend Erik if you're curious about how the car drives - and the fact that his is among the few on Turo with AutoPilot really makes it the one to get.

Boris was great! Always accepted my request to change the time even though I did that a little too frequently and he was very friendly. The car was smooth and perfect for my work trip to Santa Cruz. Would definitely rent with him again!

This was my first Turo trip and Tigran made it smooth and easy. He seems like a great guy and communicated well at the beginning and end of the trip. The car was in perfect condition and has amazing range!

Renting mikes car was such a smooth experience. He was flexible with my last minute request and let me extend my time. The car was so clean inside and out and I enjoyed the apple play feature a lot. My music sounded great and the A/C was ice cold. Getting the car and dropping it off was so convenient. Great price and value for this car. I will definitely rent from mike again in the future!
