This was a fantastic experience from beginning to end! I was lucky enough to be one of the first to find this car on Turo and it did not dissappoint. Dywane was friendly and easy to communicate with. He went above and beyond to provide a great experience. The car is in excellent condition and probably one of the best deals on Turo in the entire DMV area right now, not to mention one of the most amazing vehicles most of us will ever drive. Every friend who got a chance to ride in it loved it, and if you're scrolling through Turo trying to figure out what to rent, trust me, you should stop and get this car. Five stars all the way!

First let me say that my whole experience renting Dywane's Jaguar was nothing less than AMAZING! His communication and customer service was exceptional from beginning to end. Dywane was so personable and had such a positive energy. He was also very accommodating, which was greatly appreciated. The car was beautiful! It was extremely clean inside and out. He provided extras like USB cords to charge your phone and a bluetooth transmitter to make the rental more convenient and enjoyable. I will definitely rent again and again from Dywane. He now has a customer for life.

Initially I rented the Jaguar XK so that I could drive my family to my hometown in style for an event. Upon pick up of the car, I determined that the back seats were just too small for a teenager to ride comfortably. I was prepared to take a loss but the Host offered his Range Rover because it he determined that it would be more appropriate for more needs and he did not want me to take a total loss. I was delighted and so thankful for the swap. There were a few hiccups but all went well. I returned the Range Rover a few hours early, as clean as possible since it was raining and with almost a full tank of gas though I was told that I did not have to return it with more than a quarter of a tank of gas. Again, I am thankful for the Host's consideration and thankful that all turned out well. My first experience with Turo and the Host is five stars.
