My first Turo experience and a very positive one. Rented Jake's VW Passat for two weeks after I sold my car in preparation for a move. I appreciated the location in McLean/Tysons for convenient pick-up and drop-off. Jake is friendly and easy goiing. His Passat Wolfberg Edition is a very comfortable mid-size sedan with leather interior. Very clean. New tires. Bluetooth. Good audio system. Reasonable gas mileage. A slightly older model, but it ran like a champion with a pleasurable growl from the engine. Very roomy back seat and lots of trunk space, which I appreciated in the middle of a move. I always got a prompt response to my texts when I had questions. The rate is very reasonable. I would rent this car again in a heartbeat.

The car was great, and Jake was a courteous host. He was also flexible with pickup/return. I would recommend renting with him.

Really fun car, rented this as a treat for my wife on her birthday. Yikang was very friendly, responsive, and flexible. Pick up/drop off was convenient. Only complaint was the car had a bit of leftover disposable items / dirt on the interior floors when I picked it up - would recommend more thorough cleaning between uses - but very minor complaint. Otherwise car looked and drove great!

Vitality has an amazing ride. Very soothing and comfortable glad I rented the car. Really appreciated his professionalism. Booked the car and he delivered on the same day. Commutation gets a A+ rating. Thank you for letting me experience the Tesla.

Kevin really works with you on whatever you need. The pick-up and drop-off process was very efficient. Even though I didn’t personally meet Kevin but he was like always there to assist. The car was very clean and gas efficient. I went on a road trip down to Miami and back and made varies stops. I driven over 5,000 miles and spend around $200-$300 on gas. Thats about half the price you would pay even if you were in a economic size car. Also it’s fully loaded with heated seats(front and back seats), Bose sound system, climate control, keyless remote start, Bluetooth, my CarLink(great for hands off voice texting and navigation), and much more features. Great acceleration w/ no lag!

Joel was very easy to work with and communication was professional and timely. The car is AMAZING!!! I would certainly rent from Joel again and highly recommend.

Well, I booked for Hyundai Sonata 5 at the beginning, but Phuong upgrade the car to Mercedes due to Sonata 5 has to send to maintenance. The car parked at a location which is easy to find. I'm really appreciated that.
