Everything went beyond perfect so helpful to our needs . we will never rent a car from a car rental company again. This was the best !! And Ryan and his team were amazing

Car was affordable, clean, neat and performed admirably for our 5 day trip. Really liked the pale yellow color, it was easy to find in the parking lots (which can be problem with rental cars).

Had a reservation with a local car rental that fell apart due to lack of communication on their part so needless to say it put me in a jam to rent a car for my sister who was coming in from out of town. Heard about Turo and decided to try the app out and Joshua made the opportunity to get a fun convertible possible with no headaches or issues at all. Car was awesome. A little scuffed up on the interior but it is to be expected with rental cars. We had a lot of fun driving around and experiencing a Tesla before we buy. I wish we would’ve been able to drive longer than 100 miles since we paid for a whole day and getting around the city you use those up in a few hours. Hussein is a great host and very easy to reach. I highly recommend one of his Tesla’s if you plan on staying close to Tempe. Thanks again Hussein!

Justin was a tremendous host. The car was clean and smooth. He was flexible to let us return the car earlier than initially scheduled. He was very helpful in teaching us about the area and how best to operate the car. We rented the Convertible BMW 4 series. It was perfect for our beautiful trip in Phoenix. This is the second trip I've taken with one of Byron's cars. I high recommend his cars for any trip big or small. You can tell he takes very good car of the cars (cosmetically and mechanically). He always responds immediately and makes pickup/drop off a breeze. Do yourself a favor and book with Byron because he is the best in the area!

The best host out of all my experiences with Turo. Tyler was able to both deliver & pickup the car when I couldn’t without charging me extra & the mileage included for my short rental was the most I’ve ever experienced. If you want to have top of the line service, respect, flexibility, communication, & the ultimate experience you gotta rent from this dude. Definitely will try to rent from Tyler again the next time I’m in town.

This was my first trip on Turo and it’s going to be hard to top. Rented the Corvette as a birthday present for my now 8 year old car fanatic son and he was smiling ear to ear the entire day! Dominic was awesome and is a great communicator. The Corvette is ridiculously cool and is like new condition. Seriously absolutely nothing could’ve been better and I’m definitely going to rent it again!

I'm not one to write reviews, blame laziness or being too busy but I have to say this was the absolute best experience. The car was as nice as advertised and Joshua was absolutely fantastic to work with. I will be promoting this anytime I hear someone is heading to the Phoenix area. This was my 1st time using Turo and it couldn't have been better. Colten was fantastic to deal with! He's a super chill guy who responds quickly, shows up on time, goes over the car with you in detail, and answers any questions you may have. In return he only asks you for one thing....be respectful of his ride and treat it as you would your own prize possession. As for the car itself...? There's really only one word to describe it....AMAZING!! The car is tuned to perfection and handles like nothing I've ever experienced. Whether you are familiar with driving sports car or not, your jaw will literally drop once you get behind the wheel of this thing!! Once I got it on the freeway and gave it maybe a quarter throttle I was laughing hysterically in disbelief at the level of grip and torque this car produces....So much FUN! The other thing to mention is the SOUND!! OMG the sound is incredible!! Doesn't matter if you're on the freeway, or just cruisin' at low speeds on the streets....this GTR sounds like heaven and will turn heads everywhere you go! For anyone hesitant about booking a trip wondering if it's worth the price, I can assure you 100% it is. I initially booked a 2 day trip but after driving it I just had to extend it one more day. This was truly an experience I will remember for years to come and I can't thank Colten enough!! Renting Richard and Zach’s Model 3 was a great! It was incredibly easy for pick up and drop off and the car is so fun to drive! They are nice guys and I definitely recommend them for your Tesla rental needs. The only feedback I’d give is on the communication front and response rates on questions during the actual rental. They are very responsive when it comes to the day of pick up and drop off.

Very convenient and easy rental. The car was awesome and had a lot of power. We liked the roar the car made and was definitely a head turner. Bradley’s communication was very quick and he was very informative. Can’t wait to rent again!

This car can take off... Has loud mufflers and really a fun car to drive. Had a trip to Sedona and Payson, and my friend loved the fact that we can see stars in car cuz it’s a convertible.

Great car to tour Arizona, we went on a cruise out to Tortilla Flat, one of the best roads in the area. The exhaust note just echos all through the canyon. Highly suggest this car from Mike !

This was my first time using Turo. I was in Phoenix for a week for my son's wedding. I generally avoid the high airport fees on rental cars and look for something more affordable offsite. I'm a fan of the sharing culture, so I decided to give Turo a try. Carlos's location is not far from Sky Harbor, a brief Lyft ride away. The car was ready to go, no paperwork to sign; Carlos handed me the key and we were on our way. Our Toyota Corolla Eco was clean, very fuel efficient, and perfect for my needs. He has a wide selection of vehicles, so anyone should be able to find the perfect one. I will definitely be back on my next visit.

I was in town visiting my family for the summer. My trip changed from 2 weeks to 3 months. Stephanie was flexible and understanding when I made requests to extend the rental. I kept the car for a total of 3 months. The rates were reasonable. The car was a dream to drive.

Ryan is a great host was super flexible I had a delay in my flight and wasn’t to sure if I’d be able to pick up at my original pickup time and he made sure I was able to get to the car regardless what you see is what you get the c7 was a beauty inside and out he was able to guide me around town and gave me tips on nice places to see next time I’m back in Arizona I will most definitely be using his service again!

Although the car wasn't clean when I picked it up. But it was super easy to pickup and dropoff on my own. Overall was a good experience for me using TURO for the first time. I would suggest Carlos to keep the car clean inside and outside. I was thinking to rate 4 stars. But as the service went smoothly and did the job well so I don't want to complain so much about it. The car was 2017 Yaris but it was hard to believe that the car is only 2 years old. Hope Carlos take care of it next time. Otherwise everything else was fantastic.

Great car, a lot of fun to drive. The convertible in Phoenix is a winner. With heated seats, it doesn't have to be 70 degrees to enjoy it. The Mustang cabin isn't too windy or noisy with the top down, even on the freeway. Good central location, easy pick up and drop off.
