This was my first time using this service. I had a lot of hiccups along the way, to say the least. I booked two trips of which one of the hosts cancelled stating his car was unavailable and the second one the host was non responsive and the contact number was turned off (should have known something sketchy was up when there were no trips completed) my trip was scheduled for 3:00 Saturday and it was 9 am the day of and I still didn’t hear from the host so I called Turo customer service. After speaking with customer service they advised they should cancel the trip as the host was unresponsive for them as well. I was extremely disappointed as this put a huge damper on my plans for the weekend. Long story short, Jonathan saved the day. He was very responsive and helpful guiding me through the Turo process. For a first time user I wasn’t sure what to expect. I really enjoyed driving Jonathan’s Fiat. It was a stylish, fun car to drive. I would definitely book another trip with Jonathan.
