Gold 2015 Toyota Camry 2.5L I4 SE 35/25 Highway with Eco mode indicator. This car will save you a lot on gas mileage. It is a non - smoking vehicle.Has CD player, USB, Bluetooth, AUX, Entune audio , 6.1" touch screen and 6 speakers . Rear camera available. This car is a home away from home. It is a luxury vehicle. Please for every delivery option, you will be dropping me at my place after pick up from your location. If you rent the car, make sure you request the correct Start Time. If your plans change you will not be able to leave until the start time of your reservation. The insurance doesn't kick in until the reservation start time. **Please note that vehicle can be picked up/dropped off at the location listed on this site and/or Houston airports listed only per policy. Various services including Houston Yellow Cab or Uber are available to get you to either of these locations if you do not have other modes to get there. *****“ TURO (Turo) is just like renting from a normal rental car company. If you choose to decline insurance remember how they all work and just be sure: Decline Coverage” Package: The renter’s financial responsibility is essentially unlimited, and is bounded only by the actual cash value of the car, plus all Related Costs. This means that if the car is lost, stolen, or damaged so extensively that the expected cost of repairs exceeds 75% of the actual cash value, the renter is responsible to pay the entire actual cash value of the car, plus all Related Costs, minus any residual salvage value. Many people incorrectly believe that they have full coverage through a personal insurance policy or credit card offering that will cover this exposure. Please carefully check the terms and conditions of those policies and consult with your credit card company before assuming that you are covered and selecting the “Decline Coverage” option -- it is highly unlikely that you would be covered by any credit card insurance when you rent cars through the TURO (Turo) marketplace.

This was our first time using Turo. The pictures posted of the vehicle were deceiving. The pics. posted showed a newer vehicle with the dealer tags on the license plate. The vehicle was alot older looking than posted. The arm rest next to driver and passenger was damaged/torn. The posted pictures showed a newer interior. The brakes definitely needed some work. I chose this vehicle due to it appearing nice for a 2015. We did not meet Anthony but did meet Blessing. She was a very kind person. We however did not use the vehicle, only drove it ~ 10 miles total from their home to ours and back. No fault of the hosts, we had a change of plans. I felt with the trip fee and insurance of Turo, we would have come out compara le with a rental from Enterprise. Unsure if I would use the service again. Going to Dallas for the weekend and I will rent from Enterprise. This was an experience, unsure if I will utilize Turo in the future.

Good communications, I had to extend a day because of a unexpected meeting and he accommodated me with no problems, I would definitely rent from him again!!!

If I could provide 0 stars, I would. Usually I have positive experiences utilizing the Turo app. I like the idea of placing money back into the hands of the average American rather than a large chain company. After my most recent experience renting from this owner I may never use Turo again. There was an extreme lack of communication from the very beginning. Actually to the point that I had to reach out to customer service on more than one occasion wondering whether my reservation would actually be accommodated. At the airport I was not picked up on time and didn’t receive any communication from the owner even notifying me of their whereabouts. Which again led to me reaching out to Turo customer service. They were just about to cancel my trip when all of a sudden I finally hear back from the owner. At this point I was beyond frustrated, yet, I kept my cool and continued with the reservation. The pictures are nice but the vehicle is not in the best condition. I definitely should have just went with a traditional car rental service for what I paid in expenditures for this trip. Lastly, I had to reach out to the owner again just to coordinate my airport drop off and didn’t receive a response until close to 2AM and didn’t get dropped off at the airport. Which is what I paid for! At this point I am beyond disappointed with the overall lack of communication, organization and customer service. I will most likely not use the Turo car service again because of the negative experience that I’ve had with this particular owner. It’s not worth it. Just do yourself a favor and go with a traditional car rental company.
