For default location: Pick up at leasing office For the airport: There is most likely a 90% chance the vehicle will be parked in the west economy parking lot right outside of ground transportation near the domestic baggage claim. There are three economy lots: west, north, and south. It is possible the vehicle will be parked at the north or south economy lots. You will be notified of which parking lot and the vehicle's exact position the day of the reservation. The parking ticket to exit will be on top of the sun visor with the exact cash amount needed to exit the parking area. Upon returning to the west economy parking lot, please place the new parking ticket back underneath the sun visor and advise me of where exactly you parked the vehicle. Please follow remote hand-off procedures upon arrival to the vehicle: A remote pick-up enables you to pick up the vehicle without physically seeing the owner. Once all the required information is sent, the lock code will be sent to you in order to retrieve the key from the lockbox located on the driver's side window. After which, you can discard the lockbox inside the trunk. Information required: 1. A selfie of yourself holding your drivers' license near your face and in front of the rear of the vehicle displaying the license plate number. 2. A second close-up picture of just your drivers' license I need clear pictures before I can release the code for the lockbox

Guidelines

No animals are allowed in the vehicle at any time. Please return the car clean. No smoking. Be advised that you are responsible for any tickets including parking tickets, boot fees, or/and towing charges that you incur while on the trip. Also, please do not attempt to detach the GPS system for any reason. The GPS should remain plugged in at all times. the battery only lasts up to an hour without it being charged. The power off button is on the back of the gps Thank you

    A remote pick-up enables you to pick up Karen without physically seeing the owner. Once all the required information is sent, the lock code will be sent to you in order to retrieve the key from the lock box located on the driver's side window. After which, you can discard the lockbox inside the trunk. This was my first time using turo. I was skeptical as you would usually be with using something new. John was very attentive. When i needed him. Car was clean, fast and reasonable priced. The only thing that was a little confusing was the pick up location. We put airport pick up but the host still chooses where they want you to pick up from. Which doesnt makes sense. But it was 1 stop away on the train. I would book with him again since i know now.
