I was a little nervous because I didn't receive all of the details until after I landed, but it all worked out great. The car got me from point A to point B without issue, and the pick-up and drop-off were simple and easy. Victor also had good communication throughout.

The car was dirty and did not smell fresh. The car trunk could only hold one of our large suitcases (we had 3). My daughter was very uncomfortable with two large bags around her. I should have thought of that when booking. On the bright side the owner communicated very well. And he allowed me to reschedule an earlier drop-off time when I explained how our bags did not fit very well. I parked the car for basically the whole rental. The only other problem is that the hubcaps aren't screwed on but they look like they screw to the wheel. I haven't seen this type of hubcap in like 15 years. I thought all hubcaps, even the plastic ones were screwed to the wheel. Most of the hubcaps were damaged on getting the car and one must have been damaged enough to ruin the clips because when I returned the car the hubcap was gone. There was no way for me to recognize that the hubcap clips were damaged yet a claim was made against me.
