  • How do I supercharge?
To find the nearest Tesla Supercharger, look for the red lightning bolts on the Tesla map inside the vehicle on the touchscreen display, or you can navigate to: https://www.tesla.com/supercharger When you arrive at the Tesla Supercharger: 1. To enable fastest charging rates, seek an empty "pair" of stalls. 2. Reverse into the stall. 3. Grab the cord at the station. 4. Press the button on the cord's handle while it's near the charge port, opening it. 5. Plug in, and the vehicle will charge (automatically billing me.) Tesla Superchargers average a charging rate of 250-300 mi/hr, but I have seen it go past 450 mi/hr. ¡ATTENTION! "Idle time" at Tesla Superchargers will result in fees (leaving the Tesla plugged in at Supercharger while battery is 100%.) If these fees accumulate during your trip, you will be billed after. The rate is $0.50-$1.00/minute for idle time. If the car is moved within 5 minutes, the fee is waived.
  • How does the Toll Pass work?
Attached to the windshield, the 'Flex Pass' has a slider, allowing you to switch between TOLL mode and HOV mode. When you have enough people in the car to travel toll-free in the I-405 express toll lanes or the SR 167 HOT lanes, switch the pass to HOV mode. If you don't qualify to ride toll-free, set your pass to TOLL mode to pay your toll at the lowest rate. If Toll Fees accumulate during your trip, you will be billed after.

First time using the app and Matt made the experience exceptionally easy. The car is amazing and easy to drive. I’d recommend using his car whenever you’re in town!

Can’t say enough about how awesome the car was and how great Matthew was as a host. The Tesla was pristine! Matthew went above and beyond even providing everything you could need including snacks and water. Five star experience!

Nicholas M.-Oct 13, 2019

What an amazing experience! From the correspondence from the beginning of the trip to the end, Matthew’s attentiveness was stellar! From the pick up at the airport, to the quick tutorial on the Tesla, was so amazing. The snacks, the amenities; Matthew had it on lock! If I’m ever in Seattle again, I will definitely be hitting him up again!!! 5 stars!!!!
