Best car rental experience ever!

Cars are very clean and everything functions as supposed to. Tried the ford fiesta then replaced it with the red ford focus. Owner was flexible and easygoing. In emergency situations response time was short. Good deal in comparison with other super expensive car rental companies.

I rented a Tesla s from Jesse in Scottsdale and had a great experience as well as getting a very clean and cool car to drive. He was very flexible and reasonable with all transactions and it was super easy to pick up and return the car, would rent from him at anytime in the future!

This was the best Turo experience I’ve had. Scottie and Brandon were fantastic! Pick up and return to airport much easier than Uber or Lyft. The car was in great condition I loved it! Apparently they have several cars so I’m def only going to rent from these guys in the future. I rented from another place in Phoenix and the car wasn’t running well and slow responses from the owner. These guys were great from start to finish!

This Viper is soooo Nice I had to rent it Twice! For half what you can find any sports car rental place in town, You can take out one of the best cars for your money! Almost 600 HP! ! ! This color really looks amazing in the Arizona sunlight and you get thumbs up where ever you drive. Truly a great experience taking this out around town. I can't wait to rent it again soon.

I loved this car so much that I extended my trip while I had it. The AC was very cold and it drove so smoothly. Pick up and drop off couldn’t have been easier! I would definitely rent this car and from AZ Value Car Rental again :)

Overall fantastic experience! I don't know why anybody would rent using a traditional rent-a-car agency at this point when so many unique cars are available through Turo. Never thought I'd find a Tesla, but it was the perfect car for our overnight trip. I've never piloted a spaceship, but I imagine it's not all that dissimilar as driving a Model 3. Can't recommend this one enough, especially when the experience was made SO easy by Rory.

Picking up and dropping off the car was smooth as glass. I had a question about charging the car at a charge station. Jesse picked up his phone right away and answered my question without hesitation. I highly recommend renting from Jesse.

Thanks to Natasia, my first experience using Turo was absolutely PERFECT. Not only does she and her co-host Marcus communicate with you promptly, clearly and easily (not to mention totally friendly with good vibes) but the Kia is a GREAT car! There were many times my children and I were asking “this is a Kia?”. This is because of the leg room, trunk size, AC, easy access for the kids and it’s a nice drive! Normally I drive a BMW and I was throughly impressed with this car. What won me over was the cleanliness. No goldfish crackers in between the seats, weird smell in the vents, burn holes, sticky substance on the steering wheel in this car. It’s an absolutely perfect rental at a unbelievable price. I wasn’t sure if extending my trip just hours before my first return time was going to be a problem, nope. Easy peasy. I must mention that I enjoyed seeing such a low gas price as well! This is a great car! If you’re considering renting Natalia’s Kia, DON’T HESITATE! You won’t regret it. I only hope my future Turo rentals are as great as this one was. Thanks Natasia & Marcus! Jason provides hands down the best experience you can get on Turo! The vehicle itself is amazing, but the service provided by Jason to make sure that you're having the absolute best experience possible makes for a powerful combination. He was very responsive and got back to me immediately if I texted him or called him with any questions that I had about the vehicle. Not only that, but there was a time in our trip where he got a notification through the Tesla app that the vehicle had locked itself. He went ahead and texted me to make sure that I wasn't locked out. Just top-notch service all around. His Tesla is such a good looking car and it's honestly spec'd exactly how I plan on speccing mine when I buy one. He has it totally dialed in down to the smallest details. The pictures don't do the vehicle justice. It will exceed all of your expectations. Not only that, but the driving experience that this Performance Model 3 provides is unmatched and unforgettable. The car is in a completely different league from any other car out there. Jason shows such pride of ownership in his car, and it's so great to see! Jesse's Model S was a ton of fun. We had a blast learning how to use the futuristic features, best of all for me was the autopilot for our trip to Flagstaff, especially when we got stuck in traffic - made it a LOT less rage-inducing, ha. Only downside was getting back into our gas-powered car after, and feeling the lag - we got plenty spoiled with the instant torque of the electric motors! Jesse made pickup and dropoff a breeze, and we're renting his Model 3 for another trip, we loved the S so much!

Alix was awesome and her car is a great zippy car to get around plus good on gas, HIGHLY recommend. Will rent again! A+++
