Few things I have to mention in order to make the process very easy for you.
1. Please keep our communication at 100% on Turo app. If no response on Turo app please call- (510) 203-9008 secondly call (510) 674-4126
2. Once you are by the car please text me on the app to unlock the car for you.
3. Please keep the car in condition you picked it up cleaning, gas levels.
4. I would appreciate good treatments of my cars and avoidance of Turo extra charges, such as smoke, cleaning, rough driving, being late, driving over miles any other abnormal things, because my goal is to great experiences for my guests especially you!
5. Please upload the before and after trip pictures of the cars on Turo app that way you are protected.
6. The key will be under the mat or on sunvisor.

Please upload pictures of any pre existing damages and scratches you see, therefore to avoid any issues after dropping off the car.
